As we expand the team at Creative Content Agency, I have also been trying to expand my capabilities as a business owner and more importantly, a team leader. I recently came across this video by billionaire hedge fund manager Ray Dalio and legendary sports coach Bill Belichick.

Bill deep dives into several of the first principles of team building, many of which cite the work in Ray Dalio’s book literally called “Principles” (it’s very good). Enjoy.
